Sunbelt Software has recently (June 2008) done extensive internal research into the
performance and resource utilization of the most sold consumer antivirus products
on the market. The charts below show the results of this comparison. The test
configuration and the specific versions of the software are listed at the end of this
chart. The tests were done as objectively as possible and all products in this
comparison were purchased on the retail market, immediately before the test.
The numbers tell the story. 007 Anti-Spyware in many cases uses less than half of the
resources of the competition, and still has the highest scan speed of all.

007 Anti-Spyware used less than 1% memory resources with real-time protection running in the background.
